Accreditation
Accreditation is one facet of providing quality service.
Through a process of self study and verification by on-site accreditators The Family Centre holds itself open to scrutiny by a recognized authority in service provision.
It is only when an agency’s solid policies related to treatment and responsibility for staff and clients are verified that accreditation is conferred.
The Family Centre believes that being visible and accountable to our clients, customers, funders and the community is the best way of insuring a high quality of service, and of identifying new ways in which we can increase this quality.
