Critical Incident Stress Management

What is a critical incident?

  • Lay off of employees to a sudden unexpected death by accident at work.
  • Any usual event that disrupts work and emotionally impacts employees.

Does your organization have a plan? What will you do when an accident, death or near miss happens?
