What is Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP)?
FSEAP is a national network of agencies providing innovative counselling and consultation services for organizations. FSEAP Edmonton is part of the national network as well as a program of The Family Centre of Northern Alberta (Assoc.). Our roots are in community-based counselling.
FSEAP Edmonton offers:
- Confidential counselling and consultation services to your client organization, your employees, and their families
- Counsellors with either a master’s or doctorate degree and a minimum of five years experience
- A unique understanding of workplace and community issues in Edmonton and the surrounding areas
- Local program management support
- Specialized local and regional services designed to meet the needs of your individual work sites
- Decades of experience working in, with, and for our communities
- Accreditation, through the Employee Assistance Society of North America (EASNA)
- Standardized quality controls to ensure the highest level of service
- Access to community programs
