- When you participate in a coaching session you are given the same materials that you would receive in a ten (10) to sixteen (16) hour workshop/course, however, as these sessions are three (3) hours in length, we will tailor materials specific to your own personal concerns
- Participants are welcome to sign up for multiple sessions with the same facilitator
