Courses/Worshops (offered at The Family Centre)

- Workshops/Courses that help parents build on parenting skills and foster stronger, healthier relationships with their children (such as, Sticks & Stones – A Family Approach to Dealing with Bullying and Getting to “Yes” With Your Teen)
- Workshops/Courses that encourage personal development and personal resiliency (such as, Raising Self-Esteem, Building Skills in Assertion and Beyond ‘Whatever!” - Assertive Communication for Teens)
Support Groups (offered at The Family Centre)
