Workshops/Courses are provided to the public and held in three formats:
1. Group (offered at The Family Centre)
- Participants attend with others who are experiencing similar concerns.

2. Coaching (offered at The Family Centre)
- Participants attend a private session with a Family Life Educator
- Sessions are three hours in length
- Please visit Coaching for information on topics and fees
3. Community (offered at a location of your choosing)
- Workplace consultations are provided at a location of your choosing
- Workplace consultations vary in length and cost depending upon request
- Workplace consultations are tailored to meet the specific needs of your workplace
- Workplace consultations can be delivered to any location, including at The Family Centre
